My Review: I have mixed feelings about this graphic novel — but maybe that is the point! Some stories were funny. Other stories were just okay…but I found myself thinking in both cases, OMG did that really happen to you / did you really do that!?
If you are looking for a short, fast, cute, and funny read, I would suggest this book.

The Legal Alien 
I’ve never heard of this book before, I’m not generally a big graphic novel reader but I really like memoirs. It doesn’t sound like it’s a masterpiece or anything, but if I see it at one of my local libraries I might give it a shot. Even if I don’t like it at least it’s a quick read. đŸ™‚

As for memoirs, you should check out Educated by Tara Westover if you haven’t already read it. It is about her life growing up in a traditional mormon family with a survivalist father. I found it to be disturbing at times, and the story has really stayed with me.
